Availability: Your acceptance will be valid when you receive email confirmation from ePlus, which you should receive within 1-3 business days of your submission.

Termination: ePlus shall have the right to cancel the event with or without cause provided reimbursement for any deposit(s) is made to Company.

Services: By signing this agreement, your organization agrees to support the event at which you have elected to participate and exhibit in a professional manner. “Participate” includes the following actions:
1. Provide personnel, computer systems, exhibit materials, and staging for your organization’s presence at event.
2. Bear all hotel accommodations and incidental costs, freight shipping and handling costs, power and internet costs for exhibit setup, and any other expenses associated with your organization’s participation.
ePlus cannot provide an employee list to partners.

This invoice covers sponsorship deliverables and related multi-channel marketing activities conducted before, during, and after the primary sponsored event or campaign. Activities may include, but are not limited to, promotional content creation, advertising placements, social media promotion, branding integration, and other marketing services.
